Engine 904 |

Engine 904 is a reserve engine located at IFD's Central Fire Station. It is a 1985 American LaFrance Century series. It is equipped with a Detroit Diesel Series 92 6V92TA, 350 horse power engine with an Allison HT-740 automatic transmission. It has an American LaFrance Twinflow 1500 GPM fire pump and a 1000 gallon booster tank. Hose capacity is 1500' of 5" supply line and 1200' feet of 2" attack line carried in four 200' mattydale lays and one 400' rear pre-connect.
This is a fairly standard ALF Century model with a steel body and cab.
